Vera Castro is a Costa Rican supply chain leader with more than two decades of experience driving operational excellence, process optimization, and strategic improvement initiatives. As a certified Green Belt professional, she has a strong foundation in continuous improvement, efficiency, and results-driven leadership.

She began her career as a preschool teacher, a vocation that deeply shaped her path, as she has always felt a genuine passion for working with children and contributing to their development. This early connection to education and care has been the common thread that brings a human-centered perspective to her entire professional journey.

In addition to her extensive corporate experience, Vera is deeply committed to social impact. She actively supports nonprofit initiatives and is currently training with Neuro Change Solutions, expanding her knowledge in neuroscience-based transformation.

Her mission is to integrate operational excellence with human transformation, helping individuals, organizations, and communities create sustainable change from within. She firmly believes that true change begins within the individual, and that when awareness and purpose are cultivated, not only is the present transformed, but also the future of the next generations.
